Arinjay Kapur has over two years of experience across private equity, financial advisory, and wealth management. He previously worked at IIFL Securities, one of India’s largest NBFCs and a leading player in retail and institutional broking. There he led initiatives to optimize collaboration between sales and trading desks, enhancing client engagement to boost AIF and PMS sales. Prior to transitioning into finance, Arinjay was a professional footballer, earning accolades at the national and collegiate levels. At Carpediem, Arinjay is involved in deal sourcing, evaluation, and transaction execution. He primarily focuses on consumer brands, across sectors such as F&B & retail, and business services. Arinjay is also actively engaged in portfolio management.
Arinjay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and is a CFA Level 2 candidate.
