Ameet Goyall serves as an Executive Director at Carpediem Capital, bringing over two decades of rich experience in private equity, spanning across both Fund of Fund (LP investments) and direct investments across India, South & Southeast Asia and China. At Carpediem Capital, he plays a key role in driving investments, managing the portfolio, institutional fundraising, impact and ESG.
Ameet has been instrumental in deploying over USD 325 million equity across diverse sectors including financial services, consumer, healthcare, auto & EVs, agri-businesses, manufacturing, etc. His career spans roles at Sun Group, JP Morgan, DEG (a German investment firm) and Phi Capital, where he handled marquee transactions like MAS Financial, Classic Legends, SOHO, Equitas, J K Paper, among others. Ameet represented DEG on PE Fund’s LP Advisory (LPAC) and Investment Committees (ICs) and was active on Boards of various Portfolio Companies.
Ameet is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and also holds a management degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB, Hyderabad), having completed his undergraduate studies at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University.
